What happens when you subscribe

If you choose to join the mailing list, your email address and signup choices are sent to EmailOctopus, the mailing-list provider, to manage subscriptions and send updates about films, releases, travel and visual projects. Subscription is optional and based on your consent. Without an email address and consent, we cannot send you these updates. EmailOctopus may also process technical delivery and engagement information; consult its privacy information for details.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting the privacy address above. Your subscription remains active until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Limited records may then be kept where necessary to document your request or comply with legal obligations. EmailOctopus applies its own retention periods to data held on its systems. We do not sell your mailing-list address.

Messages and other websites

If you email us, we use your address and the information you provide to answer and manage your request. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for any applicable legal obligations. Links to film stores, social platforms and other external sites take you to services that handle data under their own privacy notices.

Enquiry forms transmit the details you choose to provide, your email address and your consent choices through FormSubmit to missludovica32@gmail.com so that Ludovica Luxury can assess and answer your request. Submission is optional; you can use the direct email address instead. Form answers are not saved in the website database. Technical anti-spam counters use a short-lived hash of your connection address and are deleted after approximately 24 hours. Do not send identity documents through these forms. Health information is optional and requires separate explicit consent; it is used only to assess the safety of the proposed non-sexual meeting. You may omit it and discuss it later. Contact the address above to withdraw consent or request deletion.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser session storage to remember your 18+ confirmation during your browser session and local storage to remember your language until you clear it. These preferences do not follow you across other websites. The hosting service may process technical connection data and use security measures to deliver and protect this site.

The EmailOctopus form and Google reCAPTCHA load only after you select “Open signup form”. Those services may then receive technical data, and reCAPTCHA may use cookies or similar storage for spam protection. See the EmailOctopus privacy notice and Google Privacy Policy. You can avoid loading them by leaving the form closed, and you can clear stored preferences and cookies through your browser settings.

External link counts

When you choose a supported external link on this website, we count that click in a daily total by platform and page position. We also count the broad campaign source, such as X, Telegram or Google, when a campaign link or referring site identifies it. A short-lived browser session preference carries that source between our pages for up to 30 minutes. We do not create an analytics cookie or store your name, email address, full referring URL or browsing history in these counts. The totals help us understand which links visitors use. Purchases take place on the stores under their own privacy notices.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, clicks towards platforms and successful mailing list form submissions using the tag G-K8754YJDY0. The Google tag is not loaded before your consent. Advertising features are disabled. We send platform names, page positions and an aggregate signup event, not your email address or enquiry answers. A successful form submission does not necessarily mean a double opt-in subscription has been confirmed. Analytics is disabled while an enquiry form is open and on request and administration pages. Page URLs sent by our events exclude query strings and fragments.

On your first visit, a small notice appears after age confirmation. Analytics is enabled only if you choose “Accept cookies”. You can decline without affecting your access to the website, or change your choice using “Cookie preferences”. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Google Analytics may use first-party analytics cookies and process technical information under the Google Privacy Policy.
